2017 - 2019 

 

Warner Bros. Animation 

Assistant Production Manager

Provided managerial services and created production reports on 3 productions for teams with up to 13 members, including senior level management, art directors, line producers and multiple department supervisors.

  • Envisioned, established and optimized a workflow process in order to meet production demands. 

  • Identified, prioritized and tracked 50+ designs weekly for the art director and a 7-person design team.

  • Managed, prepared and delivered a 200+ design pack for overseas vendors bi-weekly.

  • Created and provided reports which communicated production status. 

  • Prepared, corresponded and managed the design deliverables with our East Asian vendors in order to achieve episodic deadlines.

  • Provided discreet handling of confidential contracts and documentation for our clients.

2015 - 2017

Marvel Animation/ Disney 

Director Assistant

While working directly under the director, supported and reported to the team supervisors, line producer and project manager. 

  • Coordinated with our New Zealand and Canadian vendors to distribute design tasks, production materials and reached deadlines.

  • Scheduled, prepared, and facilitated meetings between executives, the director, managers and vendors.

Production Assistant promoted to Production Coordinator

Promoted from the assistant position to improve an inefficient workflow in order to reach deadlines. Majority of my time was focused on maintaining open lines of communication while ensuring all parties were informed with the production’s needs and overall status.  When dealing with multiple departments and various levels of management, it was essential to keep communication clear, concise, inviting and respectful. 

  • Coordinated with 7 creative departments to maintain quality control for deliverables. 

  • Identified, delegated, and supervised daily tasks for two production assistants.

  • Collaborated with our Canadian and India based vendors to ensure production demands were met. 

  • Trained 5 new hires for production operations.

Prior to the assistant managing experience, worked as an animation lighting/compositing artist for 6 years in the entertainment industry.
